XacBank implements biometric technology to expedite services

XacBank has successfully implemented a biometric system at all branches to enable swifter document procurement.

The new system replaces the traditional information exchange method with an online data center system, known as KHUR, connected to the government’s database to collect customer information and reference documents online. The system facilitates hassle-free, flexible, faster and more reliable banking services for services such as opening current accounts, ordering debit/credit cards and simplifying the loan issuing process for both parties.

A customer now can request a loan only using their fingerprints. The bank will collect all the necessary documents from the system such as citizenship ID, birth certificate, real estate information, vehicle information, and social insurance reference documents allowing the bank to issue loan decisions in a shorter amount of time. Customers no longer need to spend their time and money to collect the required documents.

The system aims to replace the traditional paper-based government services with direct information exchange between the two organizations. Services are rendered through accessing the database and renewing information, creating a possibility for more reliable, faster, safer and paper-free solution to documentation.

The KHUR system was launched with the purpose of developing an electronic information platform that simplifies state services, improves information exchange system between governmental organizations, and increases operational efficiency among organizations.
